  • Predevelopment loan for major casino resort on Las Vegas strip featuring Marriott (Edition and JW) hotels, casino and top of the class pool deck experience.
  • The Drew Las Vegas (formerly know as Fontainebleau LV) is expected to begin its construction in late 2019 and will have approximately 3,700 keys and have direct connectivity with Las Vegas Convention Center.
  • First deal for Korean institutional investors to directly invest in a predevelopment bridge loan in the U.S.
  • $150 million mezzanine loan origination.

  • Urban resort type hotel featuring cutting-edge mix of hospitality, sports and entertainment.
  • The Hotel X is composed of luxury 406-room, 90,000 SF of sports facility and will be interconnected with Toronto’s Exhibition Place, 192 acre site convention area.
  • First deal for Korean institutional investors (excluding pension funds) to directly originate a whole loan in Toronto, Canada.
  • $165 million whole loan origination.

  • The collateral has completed a $23 million of full renovation.

  • The sponsor is a well capitalized/experienced landlord and successfully repositioned a similar property (540 W. Madison) in the West Loop.
  • $175 million whole loan origination and sell down.

  • A 453,680 square feet Class A suburban office with comprehensive renovation of approximately $105 million.
  • Located in Giralda Farms campus (Morristown, NJ) which is a home to five Class A office buildings with an overall occupancy rate of 91%.
  • The sponsor of the hotel is Lincoln Equities Group and Lakestar Properties, and David Werner participated as an equity partner.
  • $50 million B-note note purchase.

  • The sponsor of the hotel is Muss Development, a family-owned real estate development and investment company founded in 1906.
  • $100 million first mortgage origination.
